Fabiana is a freelance writer, editor and producer based in New York City.  She is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute - as well as a traditional college her parents approved of - and has eaten in some of the best restaurants and kitchens in the world from Paris to Park Slope. She spent most of her childhood in Southern Italy and has the appetite and recipes to prove it.

Fabiana has worked as a writer and recipe tester for Family Circle, NYLON, Haute Living, Profile Magazine, Shecky's, Julib.com, Time Out NY, Actressarchives.com, NYMag.com, The Latin Kitchen, Upscale Living Magazine, Singlemindedwomen.com, The Daily Meal, Wide Open Eats, Best of New Jersey, Refinery 29 and countless other publications, both in print (remember that?) and on-line.

Fabiana is also an accomplished still and video producer. She has produced original video and print projects for Vanity Fair, CN Portfolio, Maxim, Stuff, Mens Health, Star, TV Guide, MODELINIA Fashion Week TV, MODELINIA, JULIB.com and many more clients during her career.

In 2019 she took over Green Apron Kitchen, a culinary enrichment program in Brooklyn where she focuses on teaching the art of scratch cooking to kids. When kids' classes aren't in session, she is teaching adults how to cook, running culinary mini camps, day classes and more. In addition to being the Culinary Director and Head Chef at Green Apron, she is currently pursuing a degree in viticulture and enology.
